Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no return required. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@velvorapets.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue

We will offer you a full refund or free replacementat no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind return requests within 14 days of delivery. As our products are fulfilled internationally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at hello@velvorapets.store before sending any item back.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Orders where delivery was refused
